Vito Chesky-Founder
Vito launched Iconstaff in 1997 following a successful tenure with one of the oldest and most respected search firms in New England. With 20+ years of recruiting experience in the high tech sector, Vito has a detailed understanding of the search process and a keen eye for talent.
During his years in the recruiting industry, Vito has helped assemble teams for some of Massachusetts’ most successful start-up companies. Many of his clients have gone on to enjoy market dominance and dramatic growth.
When he’s not at Iconstaff, Vito serves in leadership positions for several industry associations. He sits on the board of directors of the Massachusetts Association of Personnel Services (MAPS), which is widely recognized as the industry cornerstone of the personnel services sector. He also serves as the technology chairperson on the board of The New England Association of Personnel Services.
Vito holds a B.S. in Marketing and International Business from Northeastern University.
When not working he can be found outdoors: Skiing, Fishing, Hunting, Golfing, or just plain goofing around with his 2 young sons. Vito is a devoted children’s lacrosse coach and still tries to relive his youth by playing in an over 40 men’s lacrosse league.
