It has been a long time coming but we are happy and proud to announce the release of our new web site. This project started as an experiment for Vito to see how far a mostly non-technical person can take an open source CMS and make a cool and functional web site that would offer our community of friends and colleagues a useful place to visit or to refer. For our more geeky friends we used WordPress for our CMS and a StudioPress Theme on top of their very useful Genesis Framework which in our humble opinion solves just about all that could go wrong with WP based site (security, updates, usability to name a few). We did very little modification and the whole experience was smooth and insightful. It did take Vito almost a year to deliver the site but he does have day job.
